Active Onboarding handles all of the administrative work that comes before a prospective customer can become a tenant. It is a flexible, modular-based solution that allows landlords to digitise the entire pre-tenancy process on a single platform. This involves the online handling of property offers and tenancy applications, as well as digitising signatures so that the whole process can be completed online.

To ensure ease of use, the Onboarding interface has been specially designed to emulate those of well-known property sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla. Users should find the design easy and intuitive to use.
The Active Onboarding tool features a 'property offers' section to display available properties to the prospective tenants. Depending on your requirements, properties can be directly uploaded to Active Onboarding, or they can be drawn from your back-office system thanks to special integration features. The powerful administrative functions allow landlords to set time limits for customers to accept properties, helping to ensure property vacancies are filled as quickly as possible.
Active Onboarding can be adopted as a standalone platform or be integrated into an existing customer portal with a view to supporting pre-tenancy registrations.
