APPLICATIONS

A Familiar, User-Friendly Interface

To ensure ease of use, the Onboarding interface has been specially designed to emulate those of well-known property sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla. Users should find the design easy and intuitive to use.

The Active Onboarding tool features a 'property offers' section to display available properties to the prospective tenants. Depending on your requirements, properties can be directly uploaded to Active Onboarding, or they can be drawn from your back-office system thanks to special integration features. The powerful administrative functions allow landlords to set time limits for customers to accept properties, helping to ensure property vacancies are filled as quickly as possible.

Pre-Tenancy Registration

Active Onboarding can be adopted as a standalone platform or be integrated into an existing customer portal with a view to supporting pre-tenancy registrations.

Property offers

Provide customers with access to single or multiple property listings using an interface similar to those seen on sites such as Rightmove.

Save and Return

Application forms can take time, and documents may need to be found. The Save and Return feature helps customers to fill out their application as thoroughly as possible, at their convenience.

Time Limits

To ensure property applications and offers are completed and signed off in a timely manner, administrators can set time limits for each stage of the tenant onboarding process.

Document Uploads

Make uploading documents as easy as possible for prospective tenants completing your application process. To ensure that the correct documents are uploaded, Active Onboarding also features helpful information prompts.

Digital Signatures

To help you achieve a true end-to-end digital onboarding process, we offer digital signature tools that allow customers to agree to your terms and conditions online, rather than having to complete the process with an offline step.

Integration

If required, we can integrate Active Onboarding into your back-office systems, thus simplifying property data request processes and speeding up application times with features such as auto-fill.
